The
Narrative
Provide media visibility for registered and informal organisations across all of Africa. Because Africa's story is only complete when every changemaker is counted.
Africa's changemakers belong in the narrative.
Thousands of organisations across Africa — registered NGOs, community groups, and informal movements — are doing extraordinary work: building schools, restoring ecosystems, advocating for rights, feeding communities. Yet most never appear in the media conversations that shape funding, policy, and public perception.
In The Narrative is Philanthropy Circuit's media visibility campaign launched on World NGO Day to change that. Whether your organisation is formally registered or informally operating, if you are driving change in your community, you belong in this story.
This is not a grant.
It is a narrative intervention.

What We Look For
Applicants must be actively implementing community-based work — not planning, not aspiring. Doing.
Photos, testimonials, references, public presence, or community confirmation. We verify before we feature.
We do not feature initiatives engaged in partisan political campaigning, harmful practices, or discriminatory activities.
Whether you are a registered NGO or an unregistered community group, you are eligible to apply.
Our editorial team reviews all submissions monthly. Final decisions are made at the discretion of Philanthropy Circuit. This isn't about popularity. It's about substance.
